Ossobuco literally means “bone with a hole,” and in this case it is the beef hind shank with marrowbone in, braised in Happy Sol with a bouquet of herbs and a zest of lemon. This is a Happy version of this Milanese classic dish and it is great when served over risotto, creamy mashed Yukon Gold potatoes or gnocchi.
