Overview

Some things are better off in the ground and others bring out all sorts of unexpected results. In the spirit of experimentation, this beer is a blend of ingredients, yeast strains and hops to arrive at a malty red ale. One might consider the end result somewhere between an Irish Red Ale and a Scottish 70 Shilling. It stands out with a deep amber color, malty sweetness from 81% floor malted barley and a one of a kind blend of yeast.
