The Root of NO Evil

Overview

Root beer comes from experimental origins in the 19th century as a miracle cure to different ailments. While a wide variety of ingredients such as juniper, wintergreen, sarsaparilla, vanilla, hops, birch and licorice have been used over the years, the original drink was usually bitter and sweet. In time, root beer became more popular and predates colas and all modern day sodas.

The Root of NO Evil, is a fermented soda reminiscent of some original root beers based on sarsaparilla, wintergreen anise and liquorice root. Enjoy this in a mug or with an ice cream float.
