Overview

Ginger (genus: Zingiber) is a wonder of the underground world of roots and rhizomes with a long and storied history. Its consumption spans across ancient delicacy, medicine and spice, but also makes one hell of a modern non-alcoholic beverage when brought together with the blood orange. This new interpretation of an early approach to soda was made with steeped blood orange fruit and zest in a blend of ginger stew and honey.
